Iced Tea Ups Kidney Stones Risk

According to a latest research iced tea may cause the risk of developing kidney stones in people. In the research, it has found that iced tea contains a chemical called “oxalate” that may cause the formation of kidney stones. Dr John Milner, urology expert at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, says that “For many people, iced tea is potentially one of the worst things they can drink. For people who have a tendency to form kidney stones, it is definitely one of the worst things you can drink”.
