Alcohol Disorder Risk Higher For Casual Smokers

According to a new study, rare or casual smokers are 16 times more expected than non-smokers to get in harmful drinking. The study also recommends that normal smokers are at a five times risk of having alcohol-use disorders (AUDs).

Smoking - Equally Harmful For Both Men And Women

Women who smoke are no more likely to develop lung cancer than men, US researchers have concluded. There had been conflicting evidence on women’s risk, but the National Cancer Institute study of over 450,000 people found no gender difference.
