In today’s modern lifestyle, the incidents of coronary heart diseases are elevating and the main risk factor is the excess quantity of cholesterol level in the blood. The two kinds of lipoproteins that are responsible for the delivery of cholesterol to the cells are the high density lipoprotein (LDL-the good cholesterol) and the low density lipoprotein (LDL-the bad excess cholesterol).

The various medications are available to prevent the excess of cholesterol level in the blood. In addition to prescribed medicines, the person should include nutritive food and regular exercise for lowering the bad cholesterol level. It is very essential for a person to work over a healthy and fresh eating plan like fresh fruits, juices, vegetables, low fat milk products, eggs, nuts, fish and caloric sweeteners. The list for the intake of food is not limited to these diets only. The person must consult the cardio doctor for the right course of the diet plan so that the enough nutrients are delivered in the body blood. The person should strictly avoid the intake of fried dishes as it can act as a ghost that can build up the unnecessary cholesterol level in the blood. The regular exercise with a peaceful mind can also act as a boost to reduce the bad cholesterol level.

If you adopt the low cholesterol diet plan for few months, then you can definitely lower down the bad cholesterol level as well as the occurrence of various health related ailm ents.
